I don't know where to post my question, so I place it here.
I produce gay latin content. I have with me more than 100 models in videos and pictures with me on DV raw tapes non edited and so pictures. I have models releases sign by me and the model under my company name.
This content was used by a site who refuse now to pay the royalties as we agreed, sadly no on paper. I never signed any document granting or selling my copyrights to the site, in other words I AM STILL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER. I tried to have an agreement with him regarding this, but he , as a mob guy refuse to talk. He is aware is not possible for me to pay a lawyer and collect my money. So i have decide to sell the content, but before doing so I want to be sure I am doing fine.
According to Panama copyrights law, i am the sole copyright holder. But have no idea how to proceed on this.
I will appreciate the support.
