In previous articles I have written a good deal about language and the way it is used on your sites. In this article, rather than focusing on keywords and search engine targeting, we will look at a method that can be used with the language on your page to help you convert your surfer into a sale.
I have found that if I set out to mimic the language on the sponsor site I am promoting that I tend to have better conversions. By mimicking the language I mean using the same kinds of words they use with the idea that a surfer that engaged with the terminology used on my site will therefore also be more likely to also engage with the site I want them to join.
